Producers - Request for Proposals

Thank you for responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP). We value your role in Idaho's local food system and appreciate your efforts to strengthen the connection between producers and restaurants, contributing to a vibrant and independent food economy.

Proposals will be evaluated based on several criteria, including product quality, consistency, commitment to local and sustainable practices, competitive pricing, ability to meet delivery needs, reputation, and alignment with our shared values.

Submissions will be carefully reviewed, and in some cases, may request additional information, such as product samples or interviews. Selected producers will be contacted by the retailer to discuss contract details and next steps.
